The Restaurant and Catering Industry Action Agenda (RCIAA) was launched in 2004. The RCIAA addressed a number of challenges relating to productivity, profitability and quality issues in the industry. An evaluation of the RCIAA was conducted by the Allen Consulting Group in 2007, after three years of implementation.
