Australian Government and industry are working together to address tourism and hospitality labour and skills issues as part of the government's National Long-Term Tourism Strategy.
The Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism provides information and research assistance to the National Long-Term Tourism Strategy Labour and Skills Working Group. The working group's primary focus is to work with Service Skills Australia to implement the Tourism and Hospitality Workforce Development Strategy that was developed by industry.
