About the review
The operations of NOPSA were reviewed by an independent panel of experts in February–March 2008 under Section 150Z of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967 (PSLA).
The review examined progress in bringing about improvements in the occupational health and safety of the offshore oil and gas industry since NOPSA commenced operations on 1 January 2005.
