Please note that in 2006, the Commonwealth and State/NT governments agreed to revoke clauses relating to well operations and data management due to Commonwealth regulations coming in to force for these matters. However, a further compilation was not made at that time as some States are yet to revoke relevant clauses. Companies should check with the designated authority in each jurisdiction to determine which clauses apply.
