Schedule of Specific Requirements as to Offshore Petroleum Exploration and Production

This Schedule of Specific Requirements is a set of standing directions issued under s574 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (Cth) (OPGGSA). Please note that the Commonwealth and State/Northern Territory governments agreed to revoke certain clauses which are now covered under Commonwealth offshore petroleum regulations. However as some States and the Northern Territory are yet to revoke the relevant clauses, to ensure complete coverage and compliance in their jurisdiction, companies should contact the relevant Designated Authority to confirm precisely which clauses continue to apply to their jurisdiction.
