EEO Workshops November 2010

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The annual EEO workshops ran during November of 2010 and for the first time contained half day sessions on day 2 aimed at specific industry sectors, including manufacturing, transport, mining and commercial buildings/services. Day 1 provided an overview of the EEO program to date, including achievements of the EEO program, verification, building management support for energy efficiency and an overview of Australian Government energy policy.

Day 1     Reviewing EEO progress and planning for your next program cycle.

The first day was designed to provide attendee's with a unique opportunity to:

  • Receive an overview of key steps needed to comply and deliver additional business benefits.
  • Learn from other companies about how they have been approaching the EEO program at a practical level including their key successes and challenges.
  • Get up to date on Federal and State Government energy efficiency and reporting streamlining policy initiatives and how they relate to the EEO program.
  • Learn about verification requirements of the EEO program and have their questions answered.
  • Learn about data and analysis tools developed to date and how to build management support for EEO.
