establishment and launch of a national training framework and registration process for NatHERS assessors.
Completion of an international review of mandatory disclosure for residential and commercial buildings, and scoping studies for commercial disclosure.
Publishing a report (December 2008) entitled: Energy Efficiency Rating and House Price in the ACT, which investigated the relationship between energy efficiency ratings and house prices in the ACT.
Release of a Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) and Consultation Regulation Document for commercial mandatory disclosure in December 2008.
Stakeholder information forums on commercial mandatory disclosure in each capital city during January and February 2009.
